Terms & Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging as delivered.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Return requests must be initiated by email within 3 days the goods are received.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for returning the products to the communicated address once the return process has been initiated at their own risk and expense; only the product value will be refunded.

Once the returned items are received and verified according to the above conditions, refunds will be processed within 15 days.
